All five courses follow the same format: short written lessons, a downloadable handbook, and a multiple-choice final test with a 70% pass mark (75% for HACCP Level 2). There's no time limit, retakes are unlimited, and progress is saved automatically.

On passing the test, the learner downloads a PDF certificate carrying their name, the course title, the completion date and a unique certificate ID that can be verified at our public verification URL. Most employers staple the PDF into the personnel file alongside the staff member's Right to Work check.
